About the Role

At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to improve the world. As a Mid-Level Business Intelligence Analyst, you will join Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. and focus on the Safety Data Analytics (SDA) program within Boeing Global Services (BGS). This role involves developing and maintaining BI and reporting tools that communicate data-driven insights to a global customer base.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain tools and dashboards for flight safety insights.
  • Create Python packages and Power BI/Tableau dashboards for large cloud-based datasets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute a BI roadmap.
  • Scope projects, validate findings, and share actionable insights.
  • Partner with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Developers.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Demonstrate Boeing Behaviors consistently.

Basic Qualifications

  • Legally able to work in Canada.
  • 3+ years experience with Python packages and visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI dashboards, complex SQL, Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with GCP, Azure, or AWS datasets and data formats such as parquet, csv, or orc.
  • Flexibility to support a global customer base with varied schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure Databricks, Delta Tables, or Google Cloud BigQuery.
  • Background working with aerospace datasets and cross-functional teams.

Additional Information

This is a locally hired virtual position in Canada with benefits determined by Boeing Canada. Relocation is not provided, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
