Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) seeks a Materials Management & Transportation Manager (level K) for the Fulfillment 737 North Line team located in Everett and Harbour Pointe, WA. The role includes limited but required training in Renton and driving between the Everett Factory and Harbour Pointe Warehouse. The primary responsibilities include oversight of the warehouse building, set-up, inventory management, and process flow.

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations and team members ensuring on-time delivery of parts and components.
  • Oversee logistics, quality control, and compliance.
  • Integrate activities across materials management and transportation areas.
  • Develop and execute project and process plans with operational goals.
  • Acquire resources, manage supplier technical aspects, and lead process improvements.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and team members.
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches and processes.
  • Lead team development, performance management, and safety improvements.
  • Manage inventory using ERP systems.

Basic Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain or logistics, leadership experience managing teams and working with inventory software and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience.

Additional Information
