Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Experienced Technical Product Manager to support our dynamic team in Multiple Locations.
Position Responsibilities
The Experienced Technical Product Manager will:
- Develop and manage multiple complex project plans and deliverables.
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap.
- Define project scope, schedule, and budget baselines.
- Negotiate changes and monitor performance to maximize value.
- Act as the liaison between technical teams, business units, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage quality systems.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and secure necessary resources.
- Devise and execute communication plans and lead innovation communities.
Basic Qualifications
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years in product management for technology products. Experience includes driving product vision, facilitating Agile processes, and developing digital, analytics, or AI products.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong experience in technical design direction, advanced AI products, and managing cross-functional teams. Palantir experience and influencing stakeholders are a plus.
Additional Information
This hybrid position is based in multiple locations: Berkeley, MO; Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX; Arlington, VA. Relocation assistance is not provided. Expect up to 10% travel and a 1st shift schedule. Applicants must meet export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person required) and be subject to drug testing.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $102,000 - $147,200. Boeing offers a competitive total rewards package including base pay, variable compensation, and a range of benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid/unpaid time off.
