Position Overview

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Records Accountability Analyst to support the team onsite in Everett, Washington on 2nd shift.

Position Responsibilities

  • Document and maintain completed build, quality, and inspection records.
  • Reconcile erroneous data entries via database queries and audits.
  • Monitor work of less experienced employees.
  • Assemble data packages and log books from traceable build records.
  • Provide product build information for rollout, flight, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for documentation integrity.
  • Maintain records storage and shipping logs in compliance with requirements.
  • Work under limited supervision.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years in aircraft records management.
  • 1+ years using Excel for data analysis.
  • 1+ years using Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Able to work 2nd shift.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • 1+ years using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with military or civilian aircraft logbooks and records.
  • Customer support experience (internal and external).

Additional Information

  • This is a union-represented position.
  • Primarily 2nd shift with possible additional shift requirements.

Pay & Benefits

The role offers competitive base pay, variable compensation, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package including health, retirement, and insurance programs. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Summary Pay Range: $56,700 - $69,300.
