About the Role
Boeing is seeking an Entry-Level Flight Test Engineer in Berkeley, MO, for the F18 and F15 flight test programs. The role involves planning, authoring, and coordinating modifications across teams and sites while supporting flight test operations and maintenance activities.
Position Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with internal and external engineers.
- Develop flight test profiles, plans, and test schedules.
- Coordinate test range availability with company and government agencies.
- Conduct pre and post-test briefings and document test results.
- Support distributed test operations and maintenance teams.
- Work under minimal direction while managing multiple programs.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.3. Prior internship or R&D project experience is required. Must be willing to travel up to 25-50% domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
Active U.S. Security Clearance, experience in laboratory or flight test environments, and familiarity with test planning and execution are highly desired. Experience operating or maintaining aircraft is a plus.

This role is primarily first shift with potential additional shift requirements.
