Role Summary

The Engineering Technical Specialist supports an engineering executive in Renton, WA with data analysis, trend identification, reporting, and project management. The role involves analyzing complex data sets, preparing presentations, and collaborating with leadership to solve recurring problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring performance, manufacturing, and engineering data.
• Create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with executives, senior leaders, and managers.
• Support meetings by scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
• Assist with project management and organizational support tasks.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in data analysis and trend identification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of project management software.
• Previous experience supporting executives or senior management.

Additional Information

Compensation

Summary Pay Range: $108,800 - $147,200, based on candidate experience and market considerations.
