About the Role

Boeing is seeking a Category Management Specialist to join the Supply Chain Category Strategy team in Everett, Washington. This role involves managing critical supplier relationships, developing long term category strategies, and integrating program demands with company-wide supply chain objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business and strategic guidance for key suppliers and commodities.
  • Lead resolution of complex supply chain issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop category plans and drive near and long term strategies.
  • Integrate supplier strategies with program and enterprise requirements.
  • Evaluate and support sourcing proposals and improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Supply Chain Management and leadership communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing supplier performance and using improvement methodologies.

Additional Information
