About the Role

Boeing is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join the BCA Quality Business Operations Team in Everett, WA. The role focuses on managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely, on scope, and within budget delivery.

Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate programs, plans, strategies and processes.
  • Coordinate with business partners to validate results and define scope.
  • Manage commitments with internal and external organizations.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide implementation direction and follow up for issue resolution.
  • Coach and guide less experienced team members.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of experience in project/program management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree.
  • PMP Certification.
