Overview

This contract role with Boeing is for a Business Operations Specialist 2. The candidate will be employed as a contract worker through a Boeing approved 3rd party for a specified project duration.

Position Summary

Boeing Engineering seeks a Project Management Specialist to support Engineering University & Entry level hiring execution in Everett, Washington. The role involves integrating cross-functional teams and managing student candidate progress through the hiring pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate frequently with HR and Engineering Teams to update recruiting processes.
  • Identify and raise barriers to leadership for resolution.
  • Monitor candidate progress and engage stakeholders as needed to meet SLAs.
  • Represent Boeing values and act as a brand ambassador to university candidates.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years experience in Business Operations or Project/Program Management.
  • 3+ years in high volume customer service roles.
  • 3+ years of communicating with employees, customers, peers, and multiple leadership levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in customer service leadership or lead roles.
  • Experience with process improvement.

Work Arrangement & Location

This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Everett, Washington.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is approximately $40 to $44 USD hourly, along with optional benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.
