Position Overview
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Business Analyst Level 3 to support the 777-9 Change Incorporation & Refurb (CI&R) Leadership team onsite in Everett, Washington on 1st and/or 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of processes and practices against standards.
- Analyze and interpret data while providing feedback on assessment results.
- Develop strategies, plans, and metrics using Lean methodologies.
- Work under general direction and support multiple leadership levels.
- Coordinate second level meetings and support 3-4 second level managers.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years in data analysis and collaborative problem solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in cross-functional teams and process improvement.
- Flexible shift availability (1st and/or 2nd shift).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with the Boeing Production System.
- Experience leading teams formally or informally.
Additional Information
This position is U.S. based and requires U.S. Person status as per export control requirements. Note that relocation assistance is not available and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Compensation
Summary Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000. Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications.
