Overview
Boeing is seeking a Warranty Contract Administration Specialist to join our Warranty team. The role supports Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Boeing Global Services (BGS), and Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) products. You will ensure timely, accurate, and fair administration of Boeing Warranty in accordance with contractual obligations, company policies, and aviation regulations.
Position Responsibilities
The role involves multiple responsibilities spanning claims administration, warranty leadership, and process management:
- Claims Administration: Administers customer warranty claims, makes contractual determinations, and authorizes financial remedies. Acts as the primary contact for senior customer counterparts and manages key relationships.
- Warranty Decision Leadership: Leads and mentors a team of Warranty Administrators and Specialists, facilitates contract dispute resolutions, and develops template communications.
- Process Management: Manages daily workloads, develops team expertise, and provides insights to Sales and Customer Support, anticipating warranty related issues.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of relevant experience. A willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%) is necessary. Preferred candidates have additional experience in contract, finance, engineering, procurement, warranty, or program management with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Other Details
This position is 100% onsite in Renton, WA or Charleston, SC. Note that relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available. The position is for 1st shift and part of an Equal Opportunity and Drug Free Workplace.
Pay & Benefits
