About Boeing Summer 2026 Quality Engineering Intern

Internship Experience

The internship is a 10-12 week full-time program where you will:

  • Work directly with a mentor on real engineering projects.
  • Tour state-of-the-art manufacturing and research facilities.
  • Interact with company leaders and build a professional network.
  • Gain skills to become a future leader in aerospace engineering.

Areas of Focus

Internship opportunities available include Quality Engineering in various domains such as Electronic & Electrical, Flight, Materials and Process, Mechanical/Structural, Production, Software, and more. You may also support Supplier Quality and Performance Management including quality verifications, process audits, and compliance reviews.

Work Arrangements & Requirements

Positions can be onsite, virtual, or hybrid across multiple U.S. regions. Some roles require U.S. Security Clearance and must meet Export Control compliance as well as U.S. citizenship or equivalent legal status.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in a college/university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2026 and majoring in engineering or applied sciences.

Preferred Qualifications: Strong academic performance, leadership, technical project experience, and exceptional communication skills.

Additional Information

This internship is recognized among Top 100 Internship Programs in the US 2025. Note that relocation assistance is not negotiable and some positions require drug testing, first shift work and may be safety sensitive.
