About the Role
At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. The Associate Procurement Agent within the BGS-G Fixed Wing Repairs team is responsible for managing procurement activities for aftermarket repairs in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Mesa, AZ.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrates program, customer, product and program strategies into procurement processes.
- Negotiates pricing, contract terms, and conditions.
- Prepares and executes contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
- Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
- Initiates supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
- Travel required is less than 10%.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum one year of experience using Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Customer Service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
- Experience in contracts and proposals.
- Experience leading supplier negotiations and managing terms & conditions.
- Proficiency with SAP software.
Other Details
This is a 100% onsite position in Mesa, AZ. Applicants must be U.S. Persons due to export control requirements. Note that relocation assistance is not available and visa sponsorship is not provided.
Pay & Benefits
Competitive base pay is offered, with a Summary Pay Range of $60,350 to $81,650. Boeing provides a comprehensive Total Rewards package including health, retirement, and various benefits.
