About the Role
Boeing is seeking early career Associate or Mid-Level Procurement Agents to join our Electrical and Mechanical Commodity procurement team in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will work with key suppliers supporting complex designed assemblies and contribute to sourcing strategies and contract negotiations.
Position Responsibilities
- Integrate program, customer, product and in-service strategies into contracting decisions.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and conditions.
- Prepare and execute contractual documents and binding agreements.
- Manage supplier risk, quality, delivery, and financial performance.
- Develop sourcing strategies, manage RFPs, and document contracts.
Basic Qualifications
At least 1 year experience with supplier management, supply chain, or procurement practices, including drafting and negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier performance. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, experience with US-Government FAR-compliant proposals, and a background with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) or U.S. Department of Defense contracts.
Additional Information
This is a US-based, on-site role in Ridley Park, PA with a 1st shift schedule. Note that relocation assistance is not available and visa sponsorship is not provided. Applicants must be a U.S. Person as defined by export control requirements.
