At Boeing, we innovate and collaborate to make the world a better place. The Associate Assistant Buyer in Renton, WA is part of the Boeing Brand Experiences - Merchandising and Experience Team, supporting internal venues with merchandise solutions.

Position Responsibilities

The role involves supporting product selection, monitoring product performance, and maintaining an optimized merchandise catalog. Key tasks include:

  • Assisting with SKU management including creation, updates, and discontinuation.
  • Updating retail, cost, and pricing data as needed.
  • Supporting internal teams by managing order inquiries and maintaining accurate status information.
  • Facilitating RMAs and related process tracking.
  • Quoting, development, production, shipping, and delivery support.
  • Collaborating with marketing, IT, and operations to improve order fulfillment.
  • Researching vendor trends and building strong vendor relationships.
  • Attending trade shows and industry events for relationship building.

Basic Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 1+ years of experience in the following areas:

  • Microsoft Office Products
  • Independent and collaborative work environments
  • Customer service roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data analysis, the CounterPoint Point of Sale system, and process improvements.
