Consignment Sales Consultant

Boater's World Marine Centers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Consignment Sales Consultant to manage the consignment sale process for marine boats, trailers, and equipment. The role involves client interaction, sales promotion, inventory management, transaction facilitation, customer service, administrative support, and team collaboration.

Key and Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact explaining consignment sale process.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote consigned marine products via in-store and online channels.
  • Inventory Management: Document orders and maintain accurate consignment inventory.
  • Sales Transactions: Negotiate and facilitate consignment sales in compliance with policies.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to both sellers and buyers.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions.
  • Collaboration: Work with the team to meet overall sales goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Prior experience in retail or consignment sales within the marine industry is highly desirable.
