About the role
An opportunity is available for a Senior Administration Coordinator to join Boart Longyear in their Adelaide office. The role is focused on organizing and controlling office functions and resources, including administrative systems, travel, credit card systems, facility management, and supporting office personnel.
Duties And Responsibilities
Travel Management: Act as Travel Director and primary contact for Egencia Australia, book domestic and international travel and accommodation, manage travel contracts, and arrange travel visas as needed.
Corporate Credit Card Administration: Serve as administrator for Amex and Cab Charge accounts, generate financial reports and conduct reconciliations, and assist with cash reimbursements for staff.
Facility Management: Monitor, stock, and order office supplies, manage cleaning services and regular inspections, coordinate catering and meeting room bookings, and order uniforms and merchandise.
Executive Support: Coordinate all-staff communications, prepare documents and presentations for conferences, and arrange bookings for events and office functions.
The Successful Applicant Must Possess
- Experience in a fast-paced, administrative position.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Proficiency in quickly learning and using new systems.
