Senior Associate Business Process Management Analyst at BNY

Join our Total Wealth Services Operations team to design, implement, maintain, and improve compliance and performance of operations processes. In this role, you will engage in complex data analysis, process flow charting, and the coordination of process rollouts for moderately complex enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reactive and proactive process activities for compliance.
- Conduct data mining, trend analysis, and report production.
- Create and review process and functional requirements.
- Coordinate testing and process rollouts across multiple functions.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders about risks and process issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Training.
- 4-6 years of related experience; securities or financial services experience is a plus.
