The Senior Associate Business Process Management Analyst role focuses on process design, implementation, monitoring, and improvement within the Total Wealth Services Operations team in Lake Mary, FL. You will work on moderately complex projects, perform data mining, trend analysis, and produce reports that ensure compliance and enhance process performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve operations processes.
- Perform data mining, trend analysis, and reporting.
- Create and review process and functional requirements.
- Coordinate testing and rollout of process enhancements.
- Engage proactively with stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Communicate process incidents, issues, and risks effectively.
Required Experience & Skills
A minimum of 4-6 years of related experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the securities or financial services industry. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Training are also required.
