Role Overview - Associate Client Service II
Join our Client Services team in a hybrid role located in Pittsburgh, PA. You will work with external clients and provide solutions to moderately complex operational and technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve day-to-day client issues and refer to appropriate resources.
- Support clients with operational and technical problem resolution.
- Analyze information with intermediate problem solving skills.
- Represent multiple lines of business and geographies providing product information.
- Escalate complex issues and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of work experience preferred.
- Experience in operational areas or client services is a plus.
- Ability to monitor client inquiries and resolve non-routine issues.
- Potential people management responsibilities in some geographies.
