Role Overview - Associate Client Service II

Join our Client Services team in a hybrid role located in Pittsburgh, PA. You will work with external clients and provide solutions to moderately complex operational and technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve day-to-day client issues and refer to appropriate resources.
  • Support clients with operational and technical problem resolution.
  • Analyze information with intermediate problem solving skills.
  • Represent multiple lines of business and geographies providing product information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
