Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test AI agents using in-house platform and Python.
• Organize and preprocess structured/unstructured data from Excel and SharePoint.
• Create structured prompts for AI agents to meet business requirements.
• Test, deploy, and maintain AI agents; document outcomes and improvements.
• Architect multi-agent solutions using frameworks such as Langchain, CrewAI, and Langraph.
• Research and select appropriate large language models; configure LLM parameters.
• Ensure AI solutions are reliable, safe, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with AI and data science teams to integrate machine learning models into control systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for models and scripts.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI for enhanced control effectiveness and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience with 2-4 years in a technology-driven environment is required. Hands-on experience with Python programming, AI applications, and automation scripting is essential. Familiarity with control/risk management and proven collaborative skills are preferred.
