Role Overview
This remote full-time position supports AI model development for railroad operations. You will work on designing, developing, and implementing AI algorithms for predictive maintenance, scheduling, and safety monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI models tailored for rail operations.
- Collect and preprocess data for training AI models.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines and support automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Test, validate, and optimize model performance under safety standards.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years experience in AI/ML development or related field. Proficiency in Python or Java, data engineering tools (Hadoop, Spark, AWS S3, etc.), and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) is required. Familiarity with cloud services and data visualization tools are a plus. Ability to collaborate in a dynamic, safety-focused team environment is essential.
