Global Banking – Asset Finance & Securitization Overview

Our Global Institutional Bank delivers sophisticated and diversified expertise in financing, cash management, and financial advisory services to clients. We combine global expertise with local presence to effectively address the complex needs of multinational clients.

Asset Finance & Securitization (AFS) operates across both Global Banking and Global Markets, providing clients with integrated capabilities for originating, structuring, and executing structured debt solutions and related advisory services. This includes areas such as Asset Backed Securities, CLO Structuring & Warehousing, Export Finance, Residential and commercial backed securities, Energy, Resources & Infrastructure (ERI), Transportation, and Syndication. As a Summer Analyst Intern, you will be a strategic addition to the team, performing due diligence, developing credit proposals, and creating marketing materials for clients.

Compensation for this position in New York is $110,000 annually.
