BNP Paribas LEGAL is the Group's Legal Department. LEGAL brings together jurists with varied skills all over the world whose main missions revolve around mastering the Group's legal risk, ensuring the legal security of its activities and its leaders, managing legal risks, and implementing appropriate controls. These missions are carried out while respecting the highest level of excellence and integrity.

As a global and integrated function, each jurist brings their expertise locally to foster a close relationship with their internal clients.
Within the Legal Head Office, you will join the "Procurement Technology" pole, composed of 4 divisions. The "IT & Sourcing" team's mission is to support Group entities in projects related to outsourcing (procurement and intra-group), real estate, and self-insurance.
The position is currently located in Paris 9e arrondissement.
In the context of your missions, you will support, advise, and secure, at Group level, in France and abroad, projects in the field of IT procurement, in close collaboration with Group Procurement, IT teams, and relevant business lines.
Driven by your motivations and skills, you will notably be required to:
- Analyze, draft, and negotiate all types of IT contracts (especially complex ones) with the Bank's IT service providers, including software license purchase contracts (and pre-litigation with software publishers), IT asset purchases integrating AI, open source, Cloud services (SaaS, IaaS…), IT outsourcing, Cybersecurity, Telecom hosting services, TMA, specific developments, Hardware.
- Actively participate in transversal projects and innovative and structuring projects within Legal and within the Group, particularly in the context of the Group's digital transformation (including the evolution of its information system and IT infrastructure), in an environment subject to strong regulatory constraints.
- Actively participate in the development and work of the Legal IT&Sourcing Platform.
- Design, prepare, and deliver training within the Group on topics within the IT&Sourcing team's scope.
- Draft and update contract models, taking into account legal/regulatory developments.
Participate in the development of tools to support legal risk management within the Group, notably through the drafting of information notes, procedures, or contractual guides.

Are you our Juriste IT, Sourcing et IA?
You hold a Bac+5 degree specializing in Digital Law / or IT Law and/or New Technologies. You have 5-7 years of professional experience post-studies as an IT law or IT contract law jurist in a company, or with a software publisher, or in a law firm.
Your English level is fluent.
Knowledge of AI would be a plus.
Your skills in Digital Law / IT Law, as well as a good knowledge of the practices of software publishers and IT service providers, will be an asset to successfully carry out the missions. Finally, your rigor combined with your analytical skills, as well as your organizational capacity, your ability to collaborate and adapt, will be equally valuable assets to succeed in the position.
