Overview

BNP Paribas is looking for an IT Business Analyst to develop and support a comprehensive software platform covering the entire corporate credit chain process. The system is used worldwide across 50 countries by thousands of employees since 2019 and involves projects such as Net-Zero Banking Alliance and Environment, Social & Governance programs.

Team & Projects

This role involves working with several feature teams deployed in countries like France, India, and Poland. Notably, a new tech hub in Poland launched in 2023, contributing to interesting new projects in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with the global Framing team to understand system roadmap and corporate credit platform.
  • Work with business stakeholders to collect processes and IT system needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Create high level roadmaps and guide scrum backlogs to align sprint products.
  • Present functional topics to delivery teams and clarify ambiguities.
  • Design and execute test scenarios including UAT planning and execution.
  • Drive system enhancements and ensure documentation availability.
  • Contribute to change management rollout including training and deployment plans.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent process analysis and synthesis capabilities.
  • Communication and presentation skills for various audience sizes and seniority levels.
  • Understanding of software development processes using scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of back-end and front-end development technologies.
  • Experience with usability, user experience and software testing including UAT.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
