Looking to launch your tech career working on high-impact projects within a demanding, innovative, and truly international environment?
The CIB ITO Tech Graduate Program offers a permanent contract from day one and an accelerated 18-month journey designed as a genuine fast-track toward IT expertise within BNP Paribas’ Corporate & Investment Bank. Throughout the program, you will work closely with expert teams on major technological challenges for CIB, with the objective to:
- Rapidly build your technical expertise
- Gain autonomy
- Lay the foundations of a solid and sustainable tech career
What will your day-to-day look like?
You will begin the program with an 18-month immersion within a single department, during which you will complete two to three assignments. These roles will primarily be based in the Paris region, with occasional opportunities for international business travel.
The Graduate Tech Program is much more than a development track—it is a fully dedicated ecosystem designed to help you grow. You will benefit from:

You will regularly meet with a mentor who will help you take a step back, structure your progression, and carve out an ambitious tech career path within CIB ITO.
Missions, team and working environment
CIB ITO teams design, maintain, and evolve CIB’s information systems and applications. As the leading investment bank in Europe within the EMEA region, we support our corporate clients in their development by offering strategic advisory services and best-in-class access to financing and transactional banking solutions. Depending on the business line you join, you will be based in Paris, Pantin, or Montreuil.
Your responsibilities
You will play an active role in CIB ITO activities. As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will understand and analyse business needs within one or several functional domains, with the objective of evolving the Information System through relevant and sustainable solutions, aligned with the entity’s strategic roadmap and demand portfolio. You will also ensure that the delivered solutions meet the defined requirements to fully cover business needs, acting as a key interface within project or maintenance teams and with business stakeholders on functional and data-related aspects.
Key activities
In this role, you may be involved in all or part of the following activities:
- Contribute to preliminary studies in collaboration with business teams
- Participate in portfolio monitoring and request prioritization within your scope
- Clarify, analyze and critically assess business requirements in a constructive manner
- Formalize business requirements and obtain validation from stakeholders
- Define and validate functional requirements in collaboration with all stakeholders, in line with entity practices
- Participate in or carry out testing activities within your functional scope
- Support business teams during user acceptance testing
- Contribute, together with business teams, to change management and deployment to end users
- Identify business impacts generated by the solution and define action plans
- Share knowledge and provide functional support
- Produce reporting in line with operational rules and practices defined for the scope
- Help coordinate user communities

- Fixed annual salary paid over 12 months: €50,000 gross
- Individual variable annual bonus ranging from €0 to €5,000 gross, based on individual and collective performance, company results and profitability (paid annually and prorated based on working time and presence)

Are you our next Graduate Tech CIB – Business Analyst (M/F)?
The Graduate Programme is open to candidates with less than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships), with a maximum of 24 months of post-graduation experience.
You Have
- A Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an Engineering School or equivalent university, specialized in IT.
- A strong passion for new technologies.
- The ability and willingness to work with multicultural, local and remote teams.
- An interest in corporate finance.
- Proficiency in French (B2 level or above) and fluency in English (C1 level or above).

- Strong IT knowledge and Business–IT relationship understanding
- Knowledge of data architecture and data management
- Software testing skills
- Knowledge of finance, accounting and banking is a plus
