We think strategically, act interdisciplinarily together with the Real Estate Investment Consulting, Research, and Data Room teams, and yet always operate as a unit. In Leipzig, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Senior Real Estate Valuation Consultant.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What Awaits You

• Lead and process exciting valuation projects and due diligence processes for individual properties and portfolios across all asset classes, for national and international clients.
• Manage and prepare individual and portfolio appraisals (English/German), according to national and international procedures, and develop complex real estate and market analyses — well-founded, concise, and client-oriented.
• Accompany exciting investment projects by creating and maintaining financial models (Excel and VBA) for complex, cashflow-oriented real estate and portfolio transactions across all asset classes.
• Model quantitative analyses and various sensitivities and scenarios to identify situationally relevant value drivers of real estate and portfolio transactions.
• Maintain direct and professional contact with our market-leading Investment Advisory Team, our clients, and business partners, and look forward to close exchange with key market participants.
• Benefit from the know-how of our comprehensive in-house market research and our proximity to transactions.
• Assume leadership responsibility and become part of our interdisciplinary team from the Valuation, Consulting, Investment Consulting, and Buy Side areas.

Expertise & Soft Skills: What You Bring

• Successfully completed degree in Real Estate, Economics, Geography, or a similar field.
• Relevant professional experience in real estate valuation.
• Profound valuation knowledge and in-depth real estate and capital market expertise, as well as routine application of national and international valuation procedures.
• Ideally, MRICS and/or HypZert qualification.
• Very good German, English, and MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with relevant valuation software (e.g., ARGUS, Lora) is an advantage.
• Results-oriented and independent working style, as well as strong analytical skills.
• High service orientation, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for team success.
