In the context of developing our subsidiary, BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory France, we are recruiting a:

Real Estate Investment Transaction Analyst H/F

3-month fixed-term contract based in the South-East region (Aix-Marseille or Nice).

Integrated into our Investment Transaction Department, your main missions will be to support consultants in the valuation of real estate properties and in the development of marketing strategies for properties for sale, through financial, legal, and tax expertise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Issuing valuation opinions in collaboration with the Investment Consultant:
    • Identify the product, assess the type, technology, and pathology of the property.
    • Estimate the sale price of the property.
    • Develop a valuation strategy for the property based on its characteristics (type, geographical location and development axes of the area, number of tenants, etc.), using cash flow, capitalization, comparison, and developer balance sheet methods.
    • Create presentation materials (brochure).
  • Developing Commercial Files:
    • Conduct market research (collect relevant information, analyze, and synthesize).
    • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the property, analyze the rental status, analyze the location, and the development potential of the geographical area.
    • Create commercial brochures presenting the owners' properties (provide a description, highlight the development potential of the location, integrate the rental status and its analysis, present the terms of the property sale).
    • Support the consultant in client relations: participate in pitches and property visits with investors.
    • Respond to questions from investors and advisors.

Work Environment

Integrated into our specialized commercial team in Lyon, you will be the primary contact for consultants and cross-selling functions. You will work with our specialized Investment Transaction consultants.

Rich in versatility and technicality, the Analyst role allows you to engage in commercial and financial missions, developing your skills in asset valuation and enhancing your commercial approach. Your performance in this role can lead to internal evolution into various positions (asset commercialization, financial expertise), within our Transaction department or our other complementary business lines.

Candidate Profile

You have a higher education background (Bac+4/5) specialized in Real Estate, Finance, or a Business School. You have a strong understanding of real estate property types, real estate valuation methods, and are comfortable with numerical analysis. You have a minimum of one year of prior experience in similar functions, gained through internships, work-study programs, or a first job. You are proficient in the Office Suite, particularly Excel (advanced level required) and PowerPoint (advanced level required).
