The Day-to-Day as a Business Expert - Tribe Data

As a Business Expert in the Tribe Data, you will be an Agent of Change, ensuring that the business perspective is present throughout the lifecycle of data/AI products and use cases, from discovery to adoption. Specifically, you will:

• Act as the “voice of the business” in the Squad/Tribe, understanding product objectives and stakeholder needs, and translating them into measurable outcomes and success criteria.
• Analyze and identify conversion and transformation opportunities in data journeys (Data LifeCycle), proposing process, data, and product improvements.
• Design and rigorously execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), aligned with acceptance criteria; register and report detected bugs, errors, or inconsistencies.
• Co-write the business component of user stories, ensuring that the needs of the expert area (Operations, Marketing, Risk, or Finance) are reflected in the backlog.
• Build business cases for feature/epic prioritization (OPUS), clarifying expected value, KPIs, and impact on P&L/risk/experience.
• Support essential change management initiatives for adoption, including training, communication, and operational readiness.
• Be the point of contact with Partners for necessary integrations (functional and operational), ensuring alignment of requirements and end-to-end testing.
• Ensure the completion of mandatory training and promote continuous upskilling of the team.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, BI/Analytics, IT, and Operations/Marketing/Risk/Finance teams, ensuring IT/business alignment, agile practices, and a focus on quality, secure, and compliant data.

Are You Who We're Looking For?

You have the profile to generate business impact with data and technology and can unite strategic vision with practical execution. We value:

• Experience articulating business and technology (IT/business relationship) in a digital product/data context.
• Ability to analyze and define relevant indicators/KPIs to measure value.
• Practice in UAT and requirements validation based on acceptance criteria; defect registration and tracking.
• Experience in agile (Scrum/Kanban), with an agile mindset and collaboration in Squads/Tribes.
• Sector specialization in Operations or Marketing or Risk or Finance (processes, metrics, and typical use cases).
• Experience building business cases and supporting go-live/adoption (change management, training, communication).
• Familiarity with conversion, productivity, quality, and risk metrics across E2E journeys.
• Adaptability and critical thinking; collaboration and organization.
• Process elaboration/adaptation; analysis; work with agile practices.
