Role Overview: HR Administration Specialist
In this role, you will ensure smooth execution of HR activities, including onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a significant role in building financial business lines for both the Warsaw and Krakow branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Employee Lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on HR administration queries.
- Update HR databases ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Communicate between internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR Administration or similar role.
- Fluent in English and Polish (C1 level or higher).
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR software (preferably TETA).
- Strong understanding of HR policies and Polish labour law.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS365 with high attention to detail.
