Role Overview: Senior DevOps Consultant

Join our innovative teams to create setups for markets on Genesys Cloud using internal add-ons. This role involves deep technical work including API management, call flow design, workforce management, and integration with telephony and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create setups for Genesys Cloud using internal add-ons
  • Manage API integrations and data handling
  • Configure Workforce Management, Quality Manager, and CRM connectivity
  • Implement connections to telephony systems including SIP trunk and chat channels
  • Work collaboratively with local, central teams and vendors
  • Adhere to agile methodologies using Atlassian tools

What You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Certifications in Genesys Cloud CX, Salesforce, MS Dynamics preferred
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, call flows, and CRM system integration
  • Excellent documentation, communication and Agile experience using Jira and Confluence
  • Proficiency in English; strong cloud security and data protection knowledge
