Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership

• Specialization & Expertise: Leading CoE for knowledge and expertise.
• Best Practices: Implementing and ensuring best practices.
• Training and Knowledge Sharing: Facilitating training and knowledge sharing.
• Innovation, Consulting, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, Research, and Development: Coordinating initiatives for excellence.

Team Management and Supportive Leadership

• Supportive Leadership: Fostering a collaborative work environment.

Technology Infrastructure

What You Should Bring Along

• Proven experience coordinating large teams of engineers in delivering complex and scalable software solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience setting objectives aligned with company/product area goals and metrics tools to monitor the work of engineers.
• Prior startup experience or experience in fast-growing and dynamic environments.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Focus on productivity and delivering high-quality solutions quickly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
