What awaits you as Chief Technical Officer

This role encompasses several critical areas:

• Technology Strategy: Driving technology vision aligned with business goals, strategic planning for resource and skills ramp-up (3, 6, and 12 months), and staying informed on emerging technologies.
• Technical Leadership: Guiding development teams to ensure scalable and reliable solutions, and overseeing technology stack quality and security.
• Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership: Leading CoE for knowledge and expertise, implementing and ensuring best practices, facilitating training and knowledge sharing, and coordinating initiatives for innovation, consulting, quality assurance, continuous improvement, research, and development.
• Team Management and Supportive Leadership: Fostering a collaborative work environment, implementing processes for team growth, and collaborating on strategic resource ramp-up.
• Technology Infrastructure: Overseeing technology infrastructure design and implementation, developing and executing cloud strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to align technology initiatives with business goals.

What you should bring along

• Proven experience coordinating large teams of engineers in delivering complex and scalable software solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience setting objectives aligned with company/product area goals and metrics tools to monitor the work of engineers.
• Prior startup experience or experience in fast-growing and dynamic environments.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Focus on productivity and delivering high-quality solutions quickly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
