What awaits you as a Work and Time Measurement Specialist?

  • Work environment: This role is predominantly located on the production line, interacting directly with manual assembly processes, with some office-based tasks.
  • Team: You will collaborate closely with production process specialists, quality, maintenance, logistics, and production leadership to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure product quality.
  • Time analysis: Analyze and assess production processes from a time planning perspective.
  • Process improvement: Develop improvement proposals for assembly processes based on time measurement analyses, evaluating factors influencing time variables.
  • Ergonomics focus: Review processes from an ergonomics perspective and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Performance monitoring: Monitor and evaluate monthly performance results.

What you should bring along:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in time measurement, production management, or production planning is advantageous.
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work on-site during regular business hours; remote work may be considered based on line manager alignment.
  • Team and mindset: Strong team spirit with a win-win oriented approach.
  • Flexibility and initiative: High motivation, responsibility, and a proactive, independent working style.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Hungarian, both spoken and written, with German language skills being an advantage.
