What to Expect:

  • You are responsible for the acquisition and cultivation of long-term customer relationships.
  • You will present suitable BMW automobiles, organize, and conduct test drives.
  • A central component of your task is the independent needs analysis, configuration, negotiation, and sale of new BMW vehicles.
  • You create an unforgettable customer experience by personally handling the delivery of vehicles.
  • As a central interface, you act between the customer, BMW Financial Services, and the Aftersales team to ensure a smooth process.

What You Bring:

  • Completed vocational training and automotive technical knowledge.
  • Several years of sales experience in the automotive industry and certification as an Automotive Sales Professional.
  • Negotiation skills, confidence, and strong communication ability.
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting.
  • Assertiveness and persuasiveness.
  • Driver's license class B or III.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
