About the Role

The BMW Group is rapidly developing and is looking for an intern to support its European Sales Operations department. As an Intern Sales Operations - Order Template Management, you will engage in the tool-supported generation of vehicle configuration templates with the ConRecOrd system, monitor active templates for restriction conformity, support the setup of Voice of the Markets (VoMS) Surveys, test new system developments, and participate in regular exchanges with relevant interfaces and market-based sales functions.

Responsibilities

• Generate vehicle configuration templates in ConRecOrd.
• Monitor active templates and ensure restriction conformity.
• Support setup of VoMS Surveys.
• Test new system developments and processes.
• Engage with relevant interfaces and sales functions.
• Participate in forming the template management team.

What You Should Bring

• Bachelor or Master studies in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• High analytical thinking and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• High self-motivation and team as well as independent working ability.
• High level of interpersonal skills.
