Our international Talent Acquisition team at the BMW Group supports the global Center of Competence and HR departments worldwide in recruiting and candidate selection. We are more than the average HR department – we drive innovation in talent acquisition processes across all BMW Group entities.
What awaits you?
- You will support project managers with day-to-day tasks, content creation, and planning of meetings, workshops, and projects to ensure smooth operations of the global Talent Acquisition office.
- Furthermore, you help develop selection methods and concepts for Talent Acquisition processes across different BMW Group entities and target groups worldwide.
- In addition, you contribute to collecting and evaluating data regarding diagnostic tool needs in various BMW Group entities globally.
- Moreover, you will assist in identifying, analyzing, selecting, and implementing various selection tools across different countries and BMW Group entities.
- You will also support the preparation of market research presentations and trend reports.
- Additionally, you work on inspiring tasks and projects with guidance and mentorship, being part of the team from day one and encouraged to add new ideas and value.
What should you bring along?
- Studies in human resources, psychology, business administration or a related field (Master's degree student preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interest or experience in collaboration platforms and new technologies such as Microsoft Teams and Confluence.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple assignments.
- Perfect fluency in English and German.
