Our team at BMW Group Financial Services is dedicated to ensuring a positive customer experience across global markets. During your internship, you will support the central customer, brand, and sales department, gaining invaluable insights into our operations.

What awaits you?

  • You will actively support our customer team within the central customer, brand, and sales department.
  • You will gain a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of customer experience, including customer strategy, CRM, satisfaction surveys, feedback management, and customer journey topics.
  • You will manage your own independent project, supported by dedicated mentoring and regular exchanges, allowing you to acquire in-depth knowledge in a specific key area.
  • You will be fully integrated into the operational day-to-day business, interacting regularly with our worldwide Customer Experience network.

What you bring with you?

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse).
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • A curious mindset and a proactive, 'everything is possible' attitude.
