About the Sales Advisor BMW Premium Selection Role at Bilia Verstraeten
As a Sales Advisor BMW Premium Selection, you will be a true ambassador for our brands (BMW/MINI), with the customer at the forefront of your actions. You will listen genuinely and ask the right questions to efficiently determine individual customer needs. You will welcome customers with a smile in your favorite habitat, offering tailored service for all technical questions, understanding that an informed customer is highly valued.
With your knowledge of our offerings, you will provide appropriate advice on our second-hand cars. After a test drive, the customer will be fully convinced. Through active prospecting and networking skills, you will also attract new customers and ensure continuous follow-up. Even after the purchase, you remain their personal point of contact and are responsible for delivering the car.
Furthermore, you will actively search for potential second-hand cars and monitor the used car market. Beyond your commercial flair, you will ensure correct administrative processing and diligent follow-up of customer databases and sales files. You will report to your sales manager on your sales results, customer follow-up, and planned activities.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant education or experience in the Automotive sector is a significant advantage.
- You are communicative and empathetic, enjoying making and maintaining contacts. You instinctively understand customer desires and how they wish to be treated.
- You derive satisfaction from closing a good deal and possess a commercial mindset.
- Strong interest in our various financial products and services.
- Proficiency in both Dutch and French is essential.
- You appreciate a healthy dose of administration and work meticulously.
- You are flexible and stress-resistant, disliking a 9-5 mentality, and are willing to work on Saturdays.
