Overview
The Trust Officer - Private Wealth provides high quality sales and service to Trust & Estate clients, ensuring an exceptional client experience. The role involves technical expertise in trust account management, administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage trust, agency, or probate accounts as trustee.
- Review trust documents to ensure compliance with fiduciary laws.
- Collaborate with branch and regional teams to deliver client solutions.
- Identify, analyze, and refer potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and produce regular and ad-hoc financial reports and dashboards.
- Support strategic initiatives and assist in operational planning.
- Provide administrative and sales support to ensure service standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- 4-6 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in Finance or related field.

- TEP designation is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
