BMO is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support BrokerEdge clients and drive financial progress. This role, based in Calgary, Alberta, is ideal for an experienced broker channel relationship builder.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement business development projects.
- Create innovative strategies and marketing materials.
- Identify value creation opportunities for target segments.
- Develop and execute business plans for client retention.
- Analyze strategic issues and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead change management activities and communication plans.
- Monitor performance and produce regular reports.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
Qualifications
Typically 5-7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent. Demonstrated subject matter expertise in process improvement, risk regulatory requirements, and project management. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proven influence in driving business results.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $75,900.00 to $141,900.00 with a commission structure possible. BMO Financial Group offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, life/accident insurance, and retirement savings plans.
