Job Description
Overview
The Product Manager at BMO is responsible for researching, defining, aligning, developing, and implementing sales and marketing strategies with P&L accountability to empower the sales force. The role improves customer experience through management of banking products lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, forecasting, pricing, and competitive analysis.
- Monitor product and system performance and address issues.
- Manage product risks in compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to take products to market.
- Develop and implement salesforce training, marketing strategies, and product documentation.
Strategic & Analytical Duties
Develop solutions based on business strategy and stakeholder needs, support change management, create regular/ad-hoc reports and dashboards, and optimize financial performance with key metrics and action plans.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of retail and business banking environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical proficiency in analytics, reporting and ideally software/systems architecture.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $56,000 to $103,500 with additional performance-based incentives, bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, retirement savings plans and more. Visit Total Rewards for details.
