Overview
As a co-op/intern student at BMO, you will be an integral part of the team from day one. You will support one or more business groups by performing general office support services and clerical tasks while gaining valuable experience and networking opportunities.
What You Will Do
You will provide administrative support by:
- Compiling, copying, sorting, and filing records of office activities.
- Administering filing systems and maintaining databases.
- Preparing funding approval requests and processing budget invoices.
- Coordinating work orders for equipment maintenance and travel arrangements.
- Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing phone inquiries.
- Assisting with communications material and updating departmental procedures.
- Tracking staff attendance and liaising with internal units and vendors.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Certificate in Office Administration is desirable
- Working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $32,400.00 to $44,100.00 with additional benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
