Overview

BMO is seeking a full-time 8-month co-op/intern for the Operations Analyst Co-op Winter 2026 role based out of Scarborough, ON. This opportunity is designed for students currently enrolled in an academic program to gain hands-on experience in IT operations and business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and restore mission-critical systems 24/7.
  • Provide Help/Service Desk support and coordinate incident management.
  • Deploy and implement automated code, recovery scripts, and manage runbooks.
  • Analyze system data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with various teams and third party providers.

Learning & Development

Interns will participate in programs like the Women in Technology Mentorship Program, BMO Social Squad, and BMO Academy corporate learning platform. Access to various Employee Resource Groups will enhance networking within BMO.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of work experience in IT or related fields and/or a B.S./B.A. degree.
  • Understanding of IT operating processes and incident management.
  • Strong technical and business functional knowledge with in-depth communication and analytical skills.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is between $50,100.00 and $93,000.00, with benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
