Overview
The Manager, Corporate Strategy Enterprise Transformation at BMO supports the C-Suite on enterprise-level strategic priorities from strategy development to implementation. This role provides direct exposure to executives and builds cross-bank relationships to drive strategic initiatives and change management.
Core Accountabilities
The role involves delivering high-level strategic input, conducting detailed analysis, managing change, and leading stakeholder engagement.
- Provide strategic advisory and creative problem solving.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis for strategic recommendations.
- Engage stakeholders for input and alignment.
- Lead execution of initiatives and monitor performance.
- Manage change and coordinate cross-business implementations.
Strategy Development
Key responsibilities include conducting current state analyses, recommending strategic priorities, developing roadmaps, and creating business cases through detailed research and financial modeling.
Delivery
The Manager leads implementation efforts, partners with various groups across BMO, defines business requirements for analytics, manages communications, and supports transformation roadmaps.
Executive Support & Additional Responsibilities
This role also supports the C-Suite on strategic priorities, handles ad hoc requests, and operates as a specialist resource at the enterprise level.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, financial services, or strategy roles.
- Post-secondary degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent).
- Expert verbal, written communication, analytical, and influence skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $75,900 to $141,900 with additional performance-based incentives. BMO also offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
