Communications Manager
As a Communications Manager at BMO, you will work collaboratively with business groups and stakeholders to assess communication needs, recommend strategies, secure approvals, and create solutions that align with company standards. You will source content and feedback, translate complex ideas into accessible messages, and deliver high-quality communications across various platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess and strategize communications for leadership messages, newsletters, intranets, and social media.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for tailored messaging.
- Plan and execute events, town halls, and change management communications.
- Review and measure effectiveness of communication solutions and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and translation requirements.
Qualifications:
- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to distill technical and complex information into clear messages.
- In-depth collaboration, analytical, and problem solving skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $56,000 - $103,500
