Overview

The Business Analyst at BMO investigates and identifies strategies to optimize business operations and inform decisions. In this role, you will define business requirements, source and analyze data, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology delivers expected outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

The role requires an overall 5-7 years of experience, a post-secondary degree or equivalent, and a combination of foundational, intermediate, and advanced proficiency including Agile Delivery, JIRA, data analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, digital fluency, and business requirements analysis. Lending (Mortgage) experience is a key asset.

Work Environment & Benefits

This is a salaried position with a competitive compensation package ranging from $75,900 to $141,900. BMO offers a robust benefits package including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 2 to 3 days a week at the Toronto location (250 Yonge Street).
