Role Overview
This role involves developing intelligent AI agents and Generative AI solutions focusing on the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Your responsibilities include building scalable GenAI systems, creating advanced conversational AI agents, and integrating AI with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- AI & Development Expertise: Leverage Python and AI libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face for practical AI/ML business solutions.
- RAG & Knowledge Management: Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines and integrate external knowledge sources.
- AI Agent Development: Design, deploy, and enhance AI agents using Copilot Studio and Large Language Models.
- Power Automate & Workflow Automation: Create robust Power Automate flows for AI-driven task and business process automation.
- Integration & Data Management: Integrate various systems using Power Platform connectors, manage data pipelines, and implement model optimization techniques.
- Communication & Leadership: Serve as a liaison between US-based and India-based teams, ensuring clear technical communication and leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services and Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or AI technologies.
- Strong background in version control with Git/Azure DevOps and ALM practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
