About the Role

As an Associate Indirect Sales Manager covering a market within EMEA (German language) , you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our channel partners, enabling them to maximize their success with BMC solutions.Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:
- Support and develop relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
- Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
- Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
- Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.
What You Will Bring
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:- Experience in Solution Architect, Presales or Consultant type roles within the technology or software industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
- Passion for sales.
- Strong technical foundation in one of the following areas: orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Results-driven mindset and the ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
- Adaptable and eager to learn, with a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Clear and confident communication, showcasing value and impact while working collaboratively with teams and partners.
- German business professional level is required for this role.
- English language - business fluent level.
