Job Summary
The Learning and Development Specialist at BluSky Restoration Contractors is responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of a national workforce. Collaborate with internal teams to assess training needs and develop engaging content.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer the Learning Management System including data entry and course scheduling.
- Track, report, and maintain professional development training statuses.
- Develop and deliver training programs with curriculum design and e-learning material preparation.
- Perform gap analyses, content updates, and communicate timelines to stakeholders.
- Support new employee onboarding and peer mentor programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in training, education or a related field.
- Experience with LMS, Zoom Webinar, Microsoft Teams, and e-learning tools.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and public speaking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and various content creation tools.
Additional Information
This role involves up to 25% travel and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. Competitive salary and benefits package available, including remote work options.
